Puente Students on Mural Walk at San Francisco State University

To be eligible for the Puente Program, students must:

  • Be eligible for English 1A in the fall and English 5 in the spring
  • Commit one academic year (fall and spring) to Puente's instruction, mentoring component, and activities
  • Have the goal of transferring to a four-year university
